I'd spent years helping global SaaS companies navigate complex regulatory landscapes, architecting enterprise data privacy programs from the ground up, and achieving critical cybersecurity certifications in record time. Today, as Head of Legal & Privacy at Traackr—a global SaaS platform serving Fortune 500 clients—I continue to lead AI ethics initiatives and build comprehensive global privacy programs. But there was a problem that kept nagging at me.

After successfully defending a high-stakes trade secret lawsuit and leading a global retail transformation from brick-and-mortar to DTC e-commerce, I knew I had the skills. After improving data accuracy by 70% and contracting efficiency by 30% for my corporate clients, I knew I had the systems. But most importantly, after watching too many brilliant ideas fail for lack of proper legal foundation, I knew I had the mission.
