Important Considerations for Flat Fees:
- Negotiations & Complexities: Any services requiring extensive negotiations with third parties or involving complexities beyond the standard scope described above may revert to our standard hourly rate of five hundred dollars ($500.00) per hour, which will be discussed and agreed upon with you in advance.
- Other Services: All Business Consulting, Fractional Executive Services, and legal work not covered by a specific flat-fee package are billed at our standard hourly rate or via a custom retainer agreement. For ongoing support, please ask about our Flexible Retainer Options.
